REGISTRATION FEES AND DEADLINES

  • Early Bird - $35 per wrestler  until Friday, May 23rd at 10:00 pm

  • Regular Registration - $45 per wrestler from May 23rd at 10:01 pm until Friday June 6th at 11:00 am

  • $30 for double bracket (must be in different age group) - (only accepted on Saturday on site, not at satellite weigh-ins)

  • $60 for Walk-in registration at weigh-ins - (only accepted on Saturday on site, not at satellite weigh-ins)

  • Weight changes at the scale for no additional cost

  • Limited to the first 400 paid registrations

  • ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSES AT 11:00 AM ON FRIDAY, JUNE 6th

  • We are looking for clubs or community programs willing to offer satellite weigh-ins on Friday, 6/6.  Two free passes will be given for hosting a satellite weigh-in

  • We will update the list below here with addresses and times once we have locations set. (no cost for early weigh-ins).   NO WALK-INS ACCEPTED ON FRIDAY.  WALK-INS ONLY ON SATURDAY AT THE PAVILION.

  • The Pittsburgh Shriners Center Pavilion is a great outdoor facility! 

  • We encourage families to bring bag chairs, canopy pop up tents, and any other outdoor games for making it an enjoyable experience.  NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES!!  NO PERSONAL GRILLS!!   NO PETS!!

The facility has plenty of outdoor space for everyone to enjoy with a large field, playground area, and volleyball court.

  • The pavilion is a large facility with enough room to accommodate the tournament and spectators.

  • The pavilion is also supplied with:

    • Restrooms

    • Concession area

    • Stage for head table and live band

  • In the event of inclement weather, the facility has canvas tarps that unroll between the cement pillars to close in the pavilion.

RULES

  • Headgear optional

  • College Out of Bounds

  • Singlet not required at weigh-ins

  • Modified scholastic rules used for all divisions.

  • Tournament will be double elimination or round robin (no true second)

  • Tournament Director reserves the right to combine weight classes upon need.

  • All officials’ decisions are final

  • No video reviews

  • Any disrespectful conduct towards wrestlers, adults, staff, or officials will not be tolerated and can result in removal from the tournament

NO REFUNDS WITHIN 48 HOURS OF TOURNAMENT

​

CHALLENGES

  • Anyone wishing to challenge the age or experience level of a wrestler must present physical proof prior to or during the tournament.

  • Any wrestler found wrestling in a division that they are not eligible for, by age or experience level, will be removed from the tournament.

  • Final decision is left to the discretion of the Tournament Director.
