Cost is:

• $600 per team​

• $100 deposit to hold spot

- Full payment due prior to Friday 6/13/25

- Rosters must be submitted by Friday, 6/13/25

- Each team will be provided with 2 coaches floor passes and 1 table worker pass

- Each team must provide their own table worker.  BTC will provide a brief training

- Changes can be made to rosters up until the start of wrestling on Saturday, 6/21

- Wrestlers can compete on, at most, two different teams in different divisions

MATCH LENGTH:

• K-4th GRADE: 1:00 periods

• K-6th GRADE: 1:15 periods

• K-8th GRADE: 1:15 periods

• High School: 1:30 periods

• Girls K-12th GRADE: 1:15 periods

All divisions will have modified overtime with a 1 minute and 30 second ride out

 

 

 

AWARDS:

• Top 4 Teams for each division receive awards

• Team Champions receive individual awards

• Outstanding Wrestler award for every team

​

 

ADMISSIONS:

Adults - $20 each

• 2 day pass $30

Students - $5 each

• 2 day pass - $10

​

ABSOLUTELY NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGES PERMITTED!

Parking - $10 per car per day​ (Kovalchick Center rules)

​Floor/Coach Pass

• You must have a Floor Pass to be on the floor at any time.  We need to mitigate crowds on the floor to protect the black light equipment as well as to adhere to the venue's rules.  There is clear viewing from the stands.

• Each team will be provided with 3 non-transferable floor passes (2 coaches and 1 table worker). No additional passes are available for duals on 6/21

• There is NO seating on the floor

• Everyone must sit in the stands when not wrestling

HOTELS:

This is a STAY-TO-SAVE TOURNAMENT - All non-commuting participants in the tournament are encouraged to book their hotel accommodations through this site. We appreciate your support as these partnered hotels assist in supporting our event.  We do the work for you to contract the lowest rates available!  And you can still use your hotel loyalty rewards!

RULES:

- Singlet not required at weigh-ins
- All officials’ decisions are final
- No video reviews
- Any disrespectful conduct towards wrestlers, adults, staff, or officials will not be tolerated and can result in removal from the tournament

NO REFUNDS WITHIN 48 HOURS OF TOURNAMENT

Challenges:
- Anyone wishing to challenge the age or experience level of a wrestler must present physical proof prior to or during the tournament.
- Any wrestler found wrestling in a division that they are not eligible for, by age or experience level, will be removed from the tournament.
- Final decision is left to the discretion of the Tournament Director.
